．Alloy Aluminum Die Casting and Chromium Plating

　The American prominent brand of gardening tool, “M…”, specializing in the productions of relevant products, such as lawnmower, chain saw, and so on, conducted the productions in Taiwan in 1998. At the beginning, they faced a bottleneck on the production in the supply chains of parts and accessories, which is the effective provision of chromium plated cylinder. The complexity of the productive processes, the relevant workmanships of manufacturing, and the required productive amounts challenged the abilities of the cylinder suppliers. Recommended by the affiliates of piston and piston ring suppliers, based on the technical ability of surface treatment, a production line for alloy aluminum die casting and aluminum alloy cylinder plated with chromium was established in 1999, to satisfy the supplying requirements of the cylinders.
